“Wonderful staff-- love the care and treatment my family and I have received from you all throughout the years.”
Crowns are protective coverings that are “cemented” onto an existing tooth to protect it, to strengthen it, or to improve its shape. Crowns are most often used for teeth that are broken, worn, or that have large portions destroyed by tooth decay.
Crowns or onlays (partial crowns) are needed when your tooth doesn’t have enough strength to hold a filling. To create a crown, a mold is taken from your tooth so we can exactly match the size, shape and bite of your previous tooth. Once the crown is placed, you can clean it just as you would regular teeth.
